Action light.turn_on ignores transition time

The problem

Supervisor 2024.12.3
Operating System 14.2
Frontend 20250109.2

Transistion time is fully ignonred. for light.turn_on and light.turn_off

Same result in Actions under dev tools, Scripts, Automations.

Same on Wifi lights via WLED and Zigbee2MQTT Hue lights.

This have worked without issues earlier. but im i little unsure exactly when it broke but it worked around Christmas
