Add option to anonymise uploader user information #237
Description
- I have spoke to some users that have collected great imagery, but are unsure about being linked to the upload on OAM.
- To be clear: nothing they have imaged is technically illegal, but governments or companies may still attempt to persecute them if linked to the imagery.
- This is especially a problem in our priority regions, where legal protections may not be as strong.
- We should provide a check box to 'anonymise' the uploader information, when displayed to the public.
- The user will still sign in to upload imagery - the usual process.
