Describe the bug
The contribution timeline does not show the percentages expected compared to the stats page of a project and (as in the case of the example I've provided) the % of validated and mapped tasks can differ on the timeline even the number of tasks to validate and map are equivalent.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (exact reproduction steps unknown):

  1. Go to more stats page of a project
  2. Calculate the Mapped and Validated %
  3. Compare this with the values shown in the contribution timeline.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
I Expect that the Mapped and Validated % of a project are the same in the project's stats and contribution timeline given that they reperesent the same thing (until the contribution timeline snapshot is locked for a particular date).

Fig.3. Shows that the number of tasks to map and validate is the same pointing to the timeline being less accurate as the map and contribution bar show values similar to the result of 100*(328-44)/328= 86.6%

Additional context
This issue can compound with others like #6648 and #6364 which may mislead contributors as to how many tasks are ready to be mapped or validated until they click the contribute page to select a task.

Referencing Fig.4. in this case it appears likely that on this project the issue was present from at least the 25th of January to the 31st (Almost a week).

This issue uses the example of project #16881
