Fixed to the e-mail addresses.

I have instituted a scheme where the "discuss-hpc" mailing
list is for the broad community, and the "maintainers-hpc" is
explcitly called out as being for organizers or maintainers,
depending on which I felt flowed best with the adjacen text.
