Sort by A-Z and invert order in layer list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A nice enhancement for the layer list ordering in LayerManager (and possibly also in other relevant places like Map swipe), would be to add buttons to automatically order the layers in an alphabetical order (A to Z) and to reverse the current ordering.

Add buttons above the list that do the trick. Could be on the right-hand side or left-hand side

Describe alternatives you've considered
Put these options also to the "hamburger" submenu in the tab header.

Additional context
Useful for apps/compositions with many layers.
