hs-wms-to-connect doesnt work with layman wms layers

Turned out the problem is caused by malformed url

should be
https://h4e.focal.cesnet.cz/geoserver/layman_wms/ows

l_ instaed of layerName

Loading of the layman layers should be routed to the correct services anyways
