Entity Descriptions

Hi - I'm trying to map some entities to a dashboard display, but struggling to understand exctly which one to use. Is there a description somewhere of what the various Power entities in particular mean ? Import / exportr / battery charge / discharge / house load at any time etc ? Finding it a bit confusing as quite a few numbers are close to each other, but subtly different.

It does however seem to be working to control my Inverter via PV_Opt
