There was an error installing hydroshare-jupyterhub

In section [Install pip3], error occurred when installing ipgetter. Can anybody just help me solve this error?

1. wget https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py
2. python3 get-pip.py
3. pip3 install ipgetter
