don't disable dates that are visible but not in current month

Subject of the issue

There are some placeholder days, from previous and next month, to make the view either 5 or 6 full rows. Though, those days are disabled by default, which makes it look like those days are not available to pick. For some users, it could be problematic to realise that they should navigate to the next 'page' to be able to choose those days.:

Make those days available to be picked, for the user's convenience.

UPDATE: I stumbled upon #144 but as I can see there is no progress on this, besides from the pull request #188 which dates back to april, and has not been merged. Do someone have some news on this?

this is the biggest source of confusion that we've gotten for users interacting with this component. dates from next/previous months appear disabled.
