Hyprland on KDE Neon?

Hi! I just discovered that I can choose desktop environments on login screen

And I though "what if I install hyprland on my kde neon?"
I tried - unsuccessful.
Debian guide - didnt work: no package named "hyprland" found
Ubuntu guide - didnt work: same as debian
CMake guide - didnt work: logs.txt
(I tried to install aquamarine: aquamarine log.txt)

So, how do I install hyprland on kde neon?
