Release ESM version of @itwin/imodel-access-common #281

@itwin/imodel-access-common is released as commonjs module only. It's preferable to have ESM for modern frontend bundlers, please build it and include in the package

Once accomplished, make sure that ESM version of @itwin/imodel-access-frontend used ESM version of @itwin/imodel-access-common
