Branch have three kinds:
- Master
- Canary
- Dev
A new change corresponds to a Dev branch
Dev branch through Pull request to merge to Canary branch, PR obey this Commit message format
While Canary branch is reviewed by every collaborators & passed test, then through Pull request to merge to Master branch, PR obey this Change log format
