Hello Nick, I have added some scripts related to my application to Nigeria data in Readme.Rmd file. Please, have a look and let's discuss on that tomorrow.
I have run the script up to the catchment part and I think this should be not applicable in this case as I am not working with health facilities (HF) meaning that we do not take into account care seeking around a given HF. We work in the LGAs level (adm2), which have polygon coordinates.

1. Could you please rename that file, so that instead of being called Readme_NGA.Rmd it's called something like NGA_example.Rmd? Then I can merge it into the main repo without it being confusing to viewers.

2. Can you please also check (e.g. with the MAP Dar team) that the data you are using and displaying in the Readme figures is approved by the data owners to be shared publicly online in this way?

3. Re. the LGA-level data, the model should be fundamentally the same, but we can define the aggregation weights to be binary for each LGA. Ie. we treat each LGA dataset like the 'health facility' datasets and the catchment is the LGA polygon. So it should be a fairly simple modification.

This data comes from DHIS2 system and is NOT for public use, nor is shareable. Please do not share forward. This has been shared with MAP for the purpose of risk stratification and SNT (sub-national tailoring). It is ok to work with Nick on it to build the new risk maps with a better prevalence-incidence relationship.
