publish on pip

To install these tools (for instance, cdx-indexer):

git clone https://github.com/ikreymer/webarchive-indexing
cd webarchive-indexing
pip install -r requirements.txt

is it possible to publish webarchive-indexing on pip, so that we can install it using shty like (instead of the 3 lines above)?
pip install webarchive-indexing
