TrimAl 1.2

Good afternoon,

I am attempting to recreate data from a pipeline which used trimAl v1.2 and wanted to know if version 1.2 was archived somewhere I could access? I've checked the release page but haven't been able to find it. I also noticed the changelog only has versions 1.1 through 1.3. If version 1.2 is no longer available, what are the major changes between versions 1.2 and 1.4?

I would have to do some checks until giving you a complete answer. Also we aim to upload legacy versions somewhere soon. For now, I'll just share the source code of v1.2 here so you can go ahead with your pipeline.
