Provide VS Code configuration

I work in JetBrains' WebStorm IDE, and everything in the project works like a charm. Though, I was told that in VS Code imports are not properly resolved. The investigation resulted in this screenshot:

This is not just a Vue declaration file issue of TypeScript because, as you can see, .ts files imported with @/ alias are not resolved. All scripts from package.json work as expected, so it is IDE configuration problem only.

Would like anyone familiar with VS Code help on this.
