Remove docker exec command when retrieving oidc-token. Use liboidcagent and try to connect to a local or a remote socket.

Oidc-agent does not support server mode anymore (https://github.com/indigo-dc/oidc-agent/blob/master/gitbook/oidc-agent-server/oidc-agent-server.md). An alternative is to use mytoken
