feat: env shells

I see now cosmos and osmosis shells,

what it to provide

cosmos-mainnet and osmosis-mainnet shells, so that shells init with latest well know mainnet RPC?

so once you shell in, you can access all nets at once.

i mean make osmosis.nix more like

i am working on it here https://github.com/ComposableFi/nix/blob/main/cosmos/centauri.nix . repo is multichain, not cosmos. so will not post it here. close for now.
