Missing email headers #383
Description
Looking at the latest mails sent by kernel test bot (e.g. "Re: [PATCH v3 1/3] cxl: Move mailbox related bits to the same context"), it seems that many email headers that needs to be set are simply used as email body, in the above "cxl" example the header was
From: kernel test robot <[email protected]>
To: [email protected]
Cc: [email protected], Dan Carpenter <REDACTED>
Subject: Re: [PATCH v3 1/3] cxl: Move mailbox related bits to the same context
Date: Thu, 5 Sep 2024 10:57:03 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <[email protected]> (raw)
with the following in email body
BCC: [email protected]
CC: [email protected]
In-Reply-To: <[email protected]>
References: <[email protected]>
TO: Dave Jiang <REDACTED>
Thus the bot's reply was detached from the original thread and the patch author won't receive the email.
