mainloop-qt-test built when Qt mainloop support is disabled #11

I tried simple sequence of ./bootstrap, ./configure, make, but I got this error:

Making all in common/tests
CXX mainloop-qt-test.o
/home/tanu/dev/murphy/build-aux/shave: line 126: g++: command not found

The configure script printed this:
Qt mainloop support: no

If there's no Qt mainloop support, I don't think it makes sense to build mainloop-qt-test.

True. Should be fixed by commit 469e8c5 on master.
