Historic test results / monitoring is part of the dashboard (https://dashboard.internet.nl). Seems not worthwile to implement this in single test as well.

Implemented (but not merged) is the API for this:

• Create static and easier links to internet.nl reports #1634
• Add archive support, fix #1634 #1744

The main problem to show this in the UX is that the reports do not store a 'tested with' version, nor are the templates versioned, so always the latest content is used. Which means for large changes we now resort to:

• Add banner for batch results because of TLS changes #2070

Storing at least a version with the report would be a start, so the API can expose a version with a report:

I don't think all items in the icebox need a discuss label, or need to be closed.
