it will be nice to have also the generation of index_malware.yar automatically after the rules download
Example:
cat index_malware.yar
include "/home/analyst/data/yara/malware/zegost.yar"
include "/home/analyst/data/yara/malware/zeus.yar"
include "/home/analyst/data/yara/malware/zoxpng.yar"

And also delete duplicates will be not bad :)
