Describe the bug
Some (perhaps all ?) code samples in the documentation are unable to be read when in light mode

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://intility.github.io/fastapi-azure-auth/single-tenant/fastapi_configuration#implementing-fastapi-azure-auth.
  2. Select 'light mode' using the documentation widget
  3. The highlighted parts of the code have very low contrast and are, essentially, unable to be read.

Your configuration
Firefox on Ubuntu

Oh, look at that. I'm not sure when or how that happened - thanks for reporting.

PR with a fix welcome, otherwise I'll try to fix it soon.
