test if we can use `/admin` for the base url

we should check if we could use `/admin` as the base url for our panel, since it is more intuitive for the user.
The issue is that we still have old invenio-admin module used in various modules of invenio, which might caused conflicts and confusion at this stage.
It needs to be thorougly tested.
