'Folder names or subfolder names should be minimum 3 characters!'

The following statement is shown on the 'manage/organise flows' page: 'Folder names or subfolder names should be minimum 3 characters!'. While this is probably(?) something frontend related for visibility reasons, this is a rule that does not seem to be anywhere checked behind the scenes of the backend.

Q: is this statement still correct? We could either validate it behind-the-scenes, or - more reliable - sanitize the names to that minimum length.

Just tried this out on v6 and can create a folder and flow with a single character.
Not really sure why we would want to limit this to 3 characters, if a customer wants to have a folder or flow with 1 or 2 characters why not?
