Allow to use OwnTracks Adapter without it's own MQTT Server...

I already run OwnTracks on an existing MQTT server which is accessible from the Internet and I want to change this, because it's already used for other topics as well.

So it would be great if the adapter could just subscribe to the owntracks topic on a given MQTT server instead of setting up one itself.

I know that there is already the MQTT adapter which could be used, but this just gives me access to the whole json payload in a single object. What you are doing here is kind of nice and allows me to access every value as it's own object.
