Cannot deploy apk on certain devices

Short description of the problem:

After building the app I have no problem installing on my samsung A5 device or samsung 6 however in samsung 9 I get "There is a a problem parsing the package", in Xiomi phones I also dont manage to deploy.

What behavior are you expecting?

Successful deploy.

Steps to reproduce:

1. build with ionic cordova build android
2. try to install apk on device

Which Ionic Version? 1.x or 2.x
