I started a notebook in the IOOS CodeLab but I think a version of it should be in this repository.

This is a reminder for me to port/create it here.

I was able to work on this notebook during the Marine Biological Data Mobilization Workshop [1].

The notebook [2] now creates a valid Darwin Core Archive package.

The package is valid, but that doesn't mean I'm putting the right information in the right places. We'll need to hash out the details.
