SMR doesn't shown in Firefly wallet

I transfered some SMR from CEX to firefly wallet.
But after 7 hours I still don't see these SMR in my wallet.

You can check the address you sent your SMR to in the explorer to see if the funds are indeed in your address https://explorer.shimmer.network/, can you see the funds?
