Re-enable DBHash verification in tests

Due to the requirement of the L1 node in our test environment, we don't have a deterministic execution of tests anymore. 

For that reason we had to disable the DBHash validation. This was fine for development, but now should be enabled soon.

This is related to the Unit test improvements.
