Primary package name needs to be more specific to avoid name collisions

This project places all client wrapper code directly under org.irods.

That package name prefix represents the global namespace for all iRODS java code. We need to expand this to avoid name collisions with future iRODS java projects.

Because this project is specific to the HTTP API, I think org.irods.client.http would be a good choice.
