When I look at the documentation on a mobile phone, the political banner advocating for #BlackLivesMatter #DefundThePolice has a distracting UX defect. The banner apparently pushes the menu to be positioned below the banner. Since the banner is not fixed, there is a large gap between the menu and top nav on mobile, allowing for content to "scroll under" the menu and within the gap. This also reduces the available area for reading, which can be fairly significant in landscape mode.
Would it be possible to either hide the banner altogether (or leave this as a user option), or to flow the menu properly so that it moves to the top when the banner scrolls away?
