Feature Title

Indexing pattern

Description

Hello,

When we swap between linux computer and windows computer directory separator are not the same, and claudesync will remove/reupload the whole project

By example:
sync from linux computer => packages/client/src/app/booking/booking.service.ts
sync from windows computer => packages\api\src\modules\booking\booking.service.ts

Can we set the directory separator to a unique value regardless of the Operating System ?
Maybe we got same trouble with return carriage \r vs \r\n too.

Benefits

We can sync between different computer with different OS without reuploading the entier project each time

Use Case

Got my laptop with ubuntu, and my workstation with windows
