Why were cmake files moved from lib/cmake to lib/cmake and pc file moved from libdata/pkgconfig to share/pkgconfig ?

Most packages install these files into lib/cmake and libdata/pkgconfig locations.

That's a good question. I didn't write most of the cmake packaging code, and I'm not completely familiar with it. Can you point to the code or the commit that introduced it and I will take a look?
