Misleading statement about option groups in the README

README says this about the help groups.

Then, when displaying the help, pass the groups that you would like displayed as a vector to the help function.

This confused me and I assumed that even if I want to have all the groups printed, I would need to pass a vector to the help functions.

It should be changed to

Then, when displaying the help, help by default print help for all groups. If you want to only print help for a specific group, pass the groups that you would like displayed as a vector to the help function.
