Use case - Document applied to a device type like a standards doc or some helper document. Document attached to a site like a parking diagram or something. Create a device of that device type. Documents pane should show any documents assigned to the device specifically (current), the device type (requested), and the site (requested). If the device is also a termination point to a circuit, that document as well.
