Proposing another url format

Your plug-in give me url like:
`https://github.com/Dydka2/iTanks/blob/master/server/server.js#L19`

I would like to get it in another format:
`https://github.com/Dydka2/iTanks/blob/026c6359b0ac81efe487159239e8425c0da9fda2/server/server.js#L19`

Proposed format fixes a code line in a particular commit instead of a branch. Because a branch HEAD can be moved and a commit pointer – not.
