Help with troubleshooting.

Dear Sir,

Would you like to help me with several troubleshooting in coding?

1. Node.Js I cannot find a way to unzip the files
2. Visual studio Code I also have troubleshooting (read my previous mail. or the github community website)

How is it possible to solve all this that comes in your path.. Is there a website or something?
