github-cli@latest doesn't match the latest version

mise use -g github-cli@latest gives:

mise [email protected] download gh_0.3.4_linux_amd64.tar.gz

mise use -g [email protected] works and installs the correct version.

github-cli actually points to aqua:cli/cli, whose registry.yaml seems complicated. mise seems to search old versions according to the first version_constraint rather than the actual newest version.

so mise was correct. idk why github is out of order. At this moment I'm seeing it on the website too https://github.com/cli/cli/releases?page=2

that's weird... so it's more a random github glitch that I encountered
I guess the only solution is to wait and see if it recovers
