I collapsed first section then collapsed second, it happened!

When you collapsed second section, look at the first cell in second section.(iPad Pro)
There is a indicator above the detail label.
Then collapse the third section, the indicator is above the third cell in second section(iPad mini 4).

Ah I see, so the indicator that you mentioning is the thin line, right? I will take a look and see what caused the issue, thank you so much for your video!
