Describe your use-case which is not covered by existing documentation.
The Jenkins Windows Packages suggest using wget and points to a not existing key file. As I think the instruction is not for the WSL this block could be completely removed,
Reference any relevant documentation, other materials or issues/pull requests that can be used for inspiration.
