Version 1.3.0 can't be given location permissions

I can't get Lighthouse PM 1.3.0 to detect any of my base stations. I have a pair of Lighthouse 1.0s which it fails to scan. I checked that it has the correct permissions, and it seems to. However, it does not have location permissions. I am unable to give the app location permissions as it does not appear in the list of apps which demand location permissions.

I think this problem is related to #236.

And it is correct that the app no longer asks for a location permission. This is not needed anymore as of Android 12 and up.
