What are the circumstances leading up to the error? For example, is this a new install of Vuegraf? Did you just upgrade from some older version (which?) and immediately it stopped working?

My Vuegraf installation, running 1.8.0, is working fine and has not shown that specific error.

I am using docker, also upgrade from influxdb to influxdb 2. here is the error message after move from influxdb to influxdb2

So it was working beforem while on InfluxDB v1, and now it isn't after upgrading to InfluxDB v2?

it works before i update docker container old vuegraf version to 1.8.0, thanks for the help.

Since the error is complaining of Vuegraf not receiving a response back from Emporia's server there is not a lot I can do to help you troubleshoot this. If this was happening to me, my next steps would look similar to the following:

One option is to starting investigating at a network level, using a packet capture tool such as tcpdump or wireshark, to better understand what's going on with the packet transmission between your Vuegraf container and the Emporia server.

You might also consider rolling back to the previous release to start a process of elimination of changes that could have affected it.

Just now it work again, i didn't change anything really not sure what is the issue here...

I try to roll back to use influxdb_v1, after i restart the docker container it show the same error message again, i don't think is because influxdb version, seems like the Emporia's server has some issue not sure if any other people have same issue?
