How to use this environment variable JF_USE_LOCAL_REPOSITORY？

I found that configuring this environment variable can read the local repository source code for scanning, but JF_GIT_REPO, JF_GIT_PROVIDER, JF_GIT_OWNER, etc. must still be configured.

Is it possible to ignore these git configurations and directly scan the local source code?
