Deprecated interface_config.js Still Referenced in Build

What happened?

The file interface_config.js is marked as deprecated in the codebase, but it is still being referenced in multiple places.

increases the risk of configuration conflicts, and contradicts the intention of moving all configurations to config.js.

Expected Behavior

• interface_config.js should no longer be referenced in any part of the codebase.

• All remaining configurations should be fully migrated to config.js.

interface_config.js in the codebase, It is still included in index.html
