I really only want a small set of features, namely ones that the browser doesn't already provide:

Link annotation and selection (maybe map to CTRL-/)
URL Yank (maybe map to CTRL-Y)
Page up, page down (maybe map to CTRL-U, CTRL-D)

First, however, I need to double check that I'm not missing anything else.
