New blog: setting up the laptop

As mentioned in Epilogue of the 2023-01-15 post, I was about to write a new blog post on the theme of setting up the laptop with Arch Linux installed. It was hard to start such a post because my dot files were always changing.

Fortunately, the configurations of programs that I use on Arch Linux are nearly stable now, so it becomes much easier to determine the table of contents of the post. I think that it's time to commence the outline, and I would like to note it down here in this issue.

It would take much time though...
