PDF Blurry Rendering is not fixed

Describe the bug
When opening a PDF, the text is still blurry on version 3.2.0. However, if I change the fractional scaling to be a lower number (say 10%) the blurriness lessens. While if I increase the fractional scaling, it increases dramatically. Not only this, the fractional scaling just simply is not scaling the text only changing how blurry it is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on NixOS 24.11 with hyprland and on foliate 3.2.0.
2. Open a PDF in foliate.
3. Modify the fractional scaling.
4. See error.

Expected behavior

1. I'd expect fractional scaling to properly "zoom" in and out of a PDF.
2. I'd expect fractional scaling to not impact blurriness and have it not be blurry by default.

Hi, I got the same problem here. On Manjaro linux. version 3.1.1.
