I caught it too. I do not know how to reproduce, most likely this is due to image caching. Some links are out of date.

I got the same problem too.
When you add a feed a cover of video is displayed, but some days later the URL of video cover doesn't work:

Maybe this means that all this time you have been banned? Some IG links have very short lifetime. Video links seem to have a shorter one than image links. So we have an upper limit on the caching time.
