Feature Request
It would be useful if there was a tool that when applied to an annotation, caused it to "share" the edges of adjoining annotations (i.e., it would have it's own edges, but they would exactly match it's neighbors so as to avoid gaps).
It would also be handy to apply this to a new annotation to create "guide rails" so that you cannot overlap any existing annotation--but edges would automatically snap-to neighboring annotations when you come near them.
